*The sofa bed is ideal for one adult (or two children) and we can provide a further inflatable mattress if necessary.  Towels can be provided for up to 4 guests on request.

Getting there:

We tend to fly Ryanair to Bologna Forli, Perugia, Rome Ciampino, Pisa or Ancona. Any budget airline to those airports, Florence, Perugia or Rimini would be ideal.
For car hire we have found Hertz (if accessed via Ryanair) cheapest.

Recently we have tended to get the fast train from Arezzo to Rome and then drive from Arezzo to the house (c40mins). Alternatively, there are frequent pullmans (coaches) from Arezzo to Sansepolcro, which is 15 mins by car from the house. There are also trains to Perugia from Sansepolcro itself.
